Necessity of answering all emergency repair calls, keeping city streets free from snow and ice, keeping fires at Asphalt Plant continuously, picking up garbage, taking complaints at city yards, completing plans for grading & paving Jobs, need for grade profiles, completing sidewalk assessments, inspecting Jobs contracted out by the city, completing payroll work and supervising inmates at workhouse and keeping city equipment in good running condition. TORE BE IT RESOLVED That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Council's salary ordinance, Ordinance Noe 6446.
