to the Water Department, Hemline and Carroll Avenues, St. Paul, Minnesota, as follows: «

UNITED STATES PIPE AND FOUNDRY COMPANY « 35,000 linear feet of 6"
at a contract price of « « $66,150.00
(Board of Water Commissioners reserving right to increase total orders by 20%) all in
accordance with Water Department specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #5494, such bids being the lowest and said bidders being reliable and reasonable
bidders and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of St.Paul.
