of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to BORCHERTsINGERSOLL, INC
for Materials, services, labor, etc. to install bearings and seals on Cotta Transmission
for Centerville diesel engine driven pump at a cost of-$157.59, without advertisement
or competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act promptly would work
hardship to the best interest of the City.
