RESOLVED, That the City accepts a credit in the amount
of $120.00 from the F. E. Quimby Company under Contract
Number G-44, said contract for Replacement of Built-Up
Roof on the Office Building at the City Market, 550 Jackson
Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, and said credit offered for
the elimination of replacing flashing which was called
for in the specifications.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-44 was awarded to the F. E. Quimby
Company for Replacement of Built-Up Roof on the Office
Building at the City Market, 550 Jackson Street, St. Paul,
Minnesota.
The specifications called for new flashing on this
job, and during the course of the work under the contract
it has been determined that the flashing at the present
time does not need to be replaced. The contractor has
therefore offered the City a deduction from the contract
price in the amount of $120.00.
It is recommended that the City accept a credit to this
contract, said credit in the amount of $120.00 and to cover
the elimination of flashing replacement.
