RESOLVE1', That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installing of acoustical ceiling tile
in the Catalog and Exhibition Room located at the Main Public Library, 90 West Fourth
Street to R.R. Ma/EOM Ma/EOM & ASSOCL&TES, in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5535 of said R.R. McGregor & Associates for the
contract price of $1,699.00, such bid being the lowest and said R.R.McGregor & Associates
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
