RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby authorized, with the
consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, an the basis of Informal Bids, to
enter into a contract by the City of St. Paul with HEALY PLUMBING AND HEATING
COMPANY for furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary
to install new steam and return lines from the boiler room to the greenhouse .
at Como Park Greenhouse, in accordance with City specifications and plans,
at a contract price of $5448.00 as an emergency exists, and the Healy Plumbing
and Heating Company is the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
