The following appeals were reviewed by the Legislative Hearing Officer prior to the hearing. The
propefty owners were notified and did not attend the heazing:
Appeal of Dave Kettering to the denial of building permit to replace egress windows for
property at 171 V alleyside Drive.
Grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of one double-hung replacement egress window.
2. Appeal of David Wickiser, Earl Street LLC, to the denial of a building permit to replace
egress windows for property at 501 Nevada Avenue East.
Grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the double-hung replacement window in the
upstairs bedroom.
Appeal of Bruce Bazella, Vertex Installations, to the denial of a building permit to replace
egress windows for property at 1929 Ford Parkwav.
Grant a 5.5-inch variance on the openable height of four double-hung replacement egress windows.
4. Appeal of Daniel Osadchuk to a C of O Deficiency List for property at 1204-1208 St. Alban
Street North.
Grant an 8-inch variance on the openable height of bedroom egress windows throughout the
building. The room in Unit 1204 with no egress window shall not be used for sleeping.
Appeal of Sherco Construction to the denial of a building permit to replace egress windows
for property at 1631 Pa�ne Avenue.
Grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of the double-hung replacement windows in the
south and ea'st bedrooms.
