Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: An inspection has been made of the buildings on the prop- erty known as Lot 15, Howard Greene Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota. at 1139 Juno Avenue. The buildings consist of a dwelling, pump house, tool shed, outside toilet, and chicken coop. The dwelling is one story frame, vacant, 15 by 27, open to children and vagrants. All the buildings are in run down condi- tion, very dilapidated, and unsightly. They. are danger- ous to life, limb, and adjoining property. The last known record owners are Herman and Emma L. Schober, same address. Danger Notices have been posted. We suggest that a hearing be held and condemnation action instituted in accordance with Section 107.2 of the building code.
