10-446Council File # 10-446 Green Sheet# 3107696 RESOLUTION Presented by CITY,OF SAlN1 PAUL, MINNESOTA J '-^ Z� 1 WHEREAS, on March 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-288, 2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building 3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in November 20Q9 (File No. VB0909, Assessment No. 1087&6); and 4 5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building 6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and 8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in error by department staff. 10 11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.OQ plus any accrued interests, be funded 12 by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
