RESOLVED, that John Lewandowski be paid the
sum of $226.40 eut of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund in full settlement of
his claim against the City of Saint Paul for com-
pensation resulting from his injury of February 16,
1954, while in the employ of the Department of Public
Works, whereby he suffered a temporary total dis-
ability until March 12, 1954, and a 71i per cent
permanent partial disability of the first and second
fingers of his right hand.
