Hon. Council
City of St. Paul
Gentlemen:
An inspection has been made of the apartment building at
774 Park Avenue, described as Lot 3, Block 1, Jilson's
Subdivision of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Guerin's
Out Lots, Saint Pault_ Minnesota .
This is a three story frame apartment building, 70 by
27 by 35 feet. The building is very deteriorated, walls
are out of plumb, floors are out of level. The founda-
tion has bulged out, stairways are dangerous, and plumb-
ing is very poor. There is no central heating plant.
Danger Notices have been posted and we have ascertained
that C. G. Rein Co. , Inc. , 105 Pioneer Building, are
record owners.
We recommend that this building be wrecked and removed
and request that you set a hearing in accordance with
Section 107.2 of the building code covering condemnation
action.
Yours truly,
Alf H. Schroeder
CI ARCHITECT
