Paul Supervisors' Organization Salary Schedule, and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay
period following its passage and approval.

Initiating Problem, Issues, Opportuniry (Who, What, When, Where, Why):
Human Resources was asked by Libraries to create a class specification and study the assigned duties of a new position titled
Community and Digital Services Manager, to determine the appropriate classification and compensation. The determination was
made by Human Resources that grade 018 in the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization employee group is appropriate. This position's
primary role is to plan, organize and direct communications, extemal reSations, and electronic services for the Saint Paul Public
Library Agency.

the Saint Paul Public Librazies. The title has been evaluated and created by HR. This resolution only
creates the title in Libraries — a separate waiver would be sent for approval in the future to move
someone into this title once it is created.
