COMMISSIONE;_
WHEREAS: The Northern Coin Machine Co., Inc. licensed Mechanical Amusement Device Operator's
desire to withdraw Application D 5707 for Mechanical Amusement Device Location and
Application D 5708 for Mechanical Amusement Devices (2) licenses at 443 St. Peter
St. which establishment is operated by Howard Batush, and request the return of
the license fees deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to the
Northern Coin Machine Co., Inc. the fee of $ 72.00 and to cancel said applications
for licenses.
