179483, adopted by the Council on September 5, 1956, and
approved by the Mayor on the same date, pertaining to the
wrecking and removal of the two story frame and brick veneer
duplex dwelling on the northeasterly 40 feet of Lot 5, Block
179, .Robertson's Addition to West St. Paul, also described
as No. 14 East Indiana Avenue, as published in the official
paper, was mailed to Esidore Labovich and Israel Labovich,
14 E. Indiana Avenue, St, Paul 1, Minnesota, and copies to
William Sachs, 20 E. Indiana Avenue, St. Paul 1, Minnesota,
Ramsey Co. Welfare Bd. Mr. Haines Sabean, Supv. Claims
8 Recoveries, 1615 Court House, St. Paul 2, Minn. , Mr. Paul
Siever, 2401 Bantus Point Rd. , Wayzata, Minn.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have
not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Play-
grounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the buildings thereon and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection 'of life, limb,
and adjoining property.
