Claims 8 Recoveries, 1615 Court House, St. Paul 2, Minn. , Mr. Paul Siever, 2401 Bantus Point Rd. , Wayzata, Minn. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Play- grounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the buildings thereon and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection 'of life, limb, and adjoining property.
