IHEREAS, A petition ha - l0!: tad and presented to the Council of the
City of St. Paul, by all the o =tire of the property abutting the public streets
hereinafter described to be vacated do hereby petition your Honorable Body to
vacate the following named streets: •
Vacation of Hazelwood Street from the south line of Nast
Third Street to the north line of Conway Street; Conway
Street from the east line of Barclay Street to the ex-
tended west line of Hazelwood Street as platted between
Third Street and Conway";Street; Euclid Street from the
east line of the Southwestll/4 of Section 34, Township 29,
Range 22, to the west line of the east 1/2 of Lots 1 and
4, Block 9, Auditor's Subdivision No.62 produced north-
erly to the north line of said Euclid Street; Nilson
Avenue from the east line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
34, Township 29, Range 22, to the west line of the east
1/2 of Lots 1 and 4, Block 9, Auditor's Subdivision No.62
produced south(except so much thereof as lies within
the limits of Old Hudson Road); and Barclay Street from
the center line of Conway Street to the northerly line
of Old Buis niRoad.
WHEREAS, The Plat Commission of Ramsey County has approved a plat
embracing the streets proposed to be vacated and which plat dedicates to the
public,streets in the opinion of the Council which are adequate and will better
serve the property abutting thereon than the streets sought to be vacated;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council does hereby accept said plat as recommended
by the Plat Commission of Ramsey County the said plat being known and designated
as "Willard Linder Addition No.2, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the streets above named are hereby vacated upon
the payment by the petitioners into the Treasury of the City of St. Paul the
sus of Four Hundred Dollars($400.00) and the cost of this vacation proceedings.
