the existing tile sidewalk on the east side of Lexington Avenue between
Fairmount Avenue and the alley in Block 3d, Summit Park Addition, such
re-lay work being made necessary by the construction of the Kittsondale
Relief Sewer, Sub-District No. 2. Charge Fund, Code 31-11.
