The legal description of the property involved is quite lengthy and is enclosed on the applicant's application. The property has a frontage of 147'6" on Rice and extends westerly a distance of 185' on Sycamore. The zoning for a distance of 100' west of Rice is "light industry": the remaining 85' is "heavy industry." <. filling station on this site was formerly approved by the City Council but the permit was never executed. The present plans are in accordance with the existing standards. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of traffic or land use.
