Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of Skelly Oil Company
fora permit to remodel an existing filling station locatdd on
the S. E. corner of Dale and Maryland by the provision of. one
additional driveway. This property is described as Lots 18 &
19, Block 1, Como Prospect Addition. The zoning is Commercial.
This filling station is constructed pursuant to a permit granted
in May of 1948. The applicant desires to construct an additional
driveway on Maryland which has received the approval of the Traffic
Engineer and which will be constructed in accordance with all
existing standards. Field investigation discloses DO objection to
this proposal. The Zoning Board recommends that this permit to
make this change in an existing filling station be granted in accord-
ancewith plans approved August 9, 1956.
