This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of the public peace, health and safety", approved December 30, 1937, as amended. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: Section 4 That Ordinance No 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 85, Subsection (a) (3), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes on the north side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to Robert Street". and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (3), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes on the north side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to 160 feet west", and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (4), thereof, the following: "At any time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., no person shall park a motor vehicle for a period longer than sixty (60) minutes upon the following street: North side of Tenth Street from Robert Street to 210 feet east". "Nor for a period longer than 30 minutes upon the following �Q0 portion of street: The east side of Fairview Avenue from !�' Minnehaha Avenue south to the alley". Se cton 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, health and safety. Section 3.
