AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby pgreves the award of the Contract Committee
4110 therefor, and hereby awards contract for Curbing Geranium Avenue from Earl Street
to Cypress Street, to PEDERSON BROS. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5899 of said Pederson Bros. for the
contract price of $3346.70 (Plus Engineering $146.55 and plus Inspection $67.00 by
City Forces), such bid being the lowest and said Pederson Bros being the lowest
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
