RESOLVED, That the Council hereby =.• roves the award of the Contract Committee
4110 therefor, and hereby awards contract for Curbing S. Side of Hoyt Avenue from
Dunlap Street to Chelsea Street, to STANDARD STONE COMPANY in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5901 of said
Standard Stone Company for the contract °price of $3,995.00 (Plus Engineering $163.60
and plus Inspection $80.00 by City Forces), such bid being the lowest and said Standai
Stone Company being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Paul.
