Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the Shell Oil
Company for a permit to remodel an existing filling station
at the northeast corner of Hamline and Thomas. The property
is described as lots 16 and 17 -. block 15 - Syndicate #5
:?Addition. The zoning is "commercial."
The property is presently used as a filling station. The
applicants propose to continue this operation by extending
the two lube rooms in a westerly direction, a distance of
approximately 2' , together with other construction work of
a minor nature. The applicant's plans are in accordance with
existing standards and field investigation discloses no
objection to this proposal.
In consideration of these factors, the Zoning Board recommends
that this permit be granted. 516;111...t/
