RESOLVED, that upon appeal of St. Paul Electroplating
Works from the decision of the Commissioner of Parks,
Playgrounds and Public Buildings, and upon the favorable
recommendation of the Board of Zoning, permission is hereby
given to St. Paul Electroplating Works to extend the
existing non-conforming use of the building on Lots 3 and 4,
Block 2, Lindemann' s Addition, also described as 1048-52
Aurora Avenue, in accordance with appellantts letter of
July 10, 1956 and appellantts site plan approved August 9,
1956.
