it is in doubt as to who is entitled to an award of $300.00, approved
June 12, 1956, by Council File No. 178278, for thetaking of the
following described property, to-wit:
Lot Twenty-seven (27) , Block Twenty-nine (29),
Subdivision of Blocks 28 and 29 in Stinson, Brown
and Ramsey's Addition to Saint Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for said County and State;
now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that a warrant be drawn for said sum, payable to the
Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County, for the party or parties
entitled thereto.
