WHEREAS, Alfi:ns which might prove to be necessary
in the improvement described as the Grading of Canfield Ave.
from Hemline Ave. to W/L of Albert Street, Comptroller's
Contract L-5627, John F. Nand Co., contractor, have been
provided for in the specifications at unit prices stipulated
herein, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the follow-
ing
Additions:
ADDITIONS
808 C.Y. Borrow ! .50 $404.00
WHEREAS, The total Addition is $404.00, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the spec-
ifications in the sum of $404.00, said sum to be added to the
Leap sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comp-
troller's Contract L .527, for the making of the above
improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $404.00 is the correct amount .
to be added to the above contract.
