therefor and hereby awards contract for the Grading of Fifth Street and Sixth Street
from Winthrop Street to East Avenue, Winthrop Street from Fifth Street' to Margaret
Street; also construct a Sever in Fifth Street b Sixth Street dram Winthrop Straot
to 10 ft. West of East Avenue and in Winthrop Street fres:Margaret Dtroet to Fifth
Street to ST; PAIL DREDGING COWAN in accordance with City please* spas ficmtons
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5820 of-said St.Paul Dredging Corp my
for the contract price of $30,860.00 (plus Engineering $2,568.00 and.pins
Inspection $617.00 by City forces) such bid being the lowest and said St. Paul
Dredging Company being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper fora of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorised to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul. -
