RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Electrical Construction
of the Municipal Stadium located on the east side of Snelling Avenue between the
railroad righG•ofeeways of the Northern Pacific and Great Northern Railways, to I
EERIE ELECTRIC COMPANY, Inc. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5808 of said Behne Electric
Company, Inc. at a cost of $363,680.00 less deduction of $14,238.O0for
omitting lighting systems in Parking Lots A and B, making total amount of
contract $349,442.00, such bid being the lowest and said Behne Electric
Company, Inc. being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper fora
of contract therefor, and dm proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
