Weide's ReArrangement of Block 3, and North one.-half of Block 2, Winter's Addition to St.Paul, under Preliminary Order 177909 - , approved May 17th, 1956 Intermediary Order 178412 , approved June 19th, 1956 A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im- provement to be made by the said City is partially openi widen and extend the proposed Northern Route by condemning and taking the following described lots and parcels of land: Lots 6,7,8 and the east 45 ft. of Lots 9 and 10, Block•3, Hersey—Woolsey Addition to St.Paul; Lots 25,26,27 and 28, Block 18, Winter's Addition to St.Paul; [ Lots 1 and 2 and the east 22.2 ft. of Lot 3, Block 2, Joseph R.
