RESOLUTION

Presented by
1 WHEREAS, on Mazch 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council FIle #10-288,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in November 2009 (File No. VB0909, Assessment No. 108786); and

5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building
6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and
7
8 WAEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in
9 error by department staff.

11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
12 by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-288 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
