RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $83.00 be
allowed uiider contract number G-239 between the City of
Saint Paul. and the Hankee Heating Company, said contract
for the rtmoval of existing boilers and the installation of
New Boilers in the Boiler Room at Como Park, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, and said extra to cover the furnishing and install-
ing of forty (40) feet of six inch sewer pipe to reroute
the sewer around the oil tank at the Como Park Greenhouse,
this haviiig been requested by the Commissioner of Parks,
PlaygrounOs and Public Buildings. _

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-239 was awarded to the Hankee Heating
Company for the removal of existing boilers and the in-
stallation of New Boilers in the Boiler Room at Como
Park Greenhouse, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work it was found necessary to
furnish and install forty (40) feet of six inch sewer
pipe to reroute the sewer around the oil tank at the
Como 7ark Greenhouse. Negotiations have been completed
with the contractor who agrees to install the extra sewer
for the sum of $83.00 which is a reasonable amount for
the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Cuncil which will authorize an addition to the
contractlnumber G-239, said addition in the amount of
$83.00 arfid covering the above noted.
