RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul shall and
it hereby does accept the delivery of that certain warranty
deed, dated June 29, 1956, by Bisanz Bros. Construction Company,
a Minnesota corporation, grantor, to and in favor of City of
Saint Paul, a Minnesota municipal corporation, grantee, and
that certain easement for the purpose of the maintenance of
a public sewer, thereby conveyed by said grantor to said
grantee, described as follows, to-wit:
The westerly five (5) feet of Lots Four (4)
and Twenty-six (26) ,t and easterly five (5)
feet of Lots One ( 1) , Two (2) , and Three (3) ,
all in Block Eight p8) , of Bisanz Highland
Plains No. Two (2) , according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for the
County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk be and
hereby is authorized and directed to cause said warranty deed
to be filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
forthwith.
