RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND FIXING
TIME OF HEARING THEREON AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING
ON THE AWARD OF DAMAGES
In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed
Northern Route between Grotto Street and Dale Street by condemning and
taking the following described lots and parcels of land, all in the City
of St. Paul, Minnesota.
The north forty (40) feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14 and 15, Block 14, Butterfield's Syndicate Addition No. 2.
The north forty (40) feet of Lots 14 and 15, Block 13, Butterfield's
Syndicate Addition No. 2.
Those parts of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21, 22 and 23, and vacated
alley in Block 13, Butterfield's Syndicate Addition No. 2, bounded by the
following described lines: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 13,
Block 13, Butterfield's Syndicate Addition No. 2, thence east on the south
line of Seminary Avenue to the northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 13, Butter-
field's Syndicate Addition No. 2, thence southeast on a straight line to a
point on the east line of Lot 8, Block 13, Butterfield's Syndicate Addition
No. 2 that is forty (40) feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot 8,
thence south on the east lines of Lots 8 and 23 and as produced across
vacated alley to the southeast corner of Lot 23, Block 13, Butterfield's
Syndicate Addition No. 2, thence west on the south lines of Lots 23, 22

is 20.53 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 21, thence north on
a straight line parallel to and 20.53 feet west of the east lot line of

the aforesaid Lot 21, thence northwesterly in a straight line across Lots
21, 20, 12, 13 and alley, Block 13, Butterfield's Syndicate Addition No. 2
