Contract Number 6-1 was awarded to the Standard Stone
Co i9any for the Installation of Sidewalks and Curbing for
a '°layground Area located on Dale Street.
• During the course of the work under the contract, it
ha- been found necessary to reconstruct the catch basin
i• ets, provide a section of new curb and install a driveway
in addition to the work specified. Negotiations have been
Conducted with the contractor who agrees to do this extra
work for the sum of $325.00 which is a reasonable amount
for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize this extra to cover the
above described work.
