HOLLAND, Commissioner ARTHUR F. COLEMAN, Deputy Commissioner August 6, 1956 Hon. Council City of St. Paul Dear Members: We take this opportunity to direct your attention to the structure and sheds at 1036-8 Stinson Street, on Lots 22 and 23, Block 2, Como Park Addition. This was originally built as a duplex, frame, 60 by 34 by 24, in very dilapidated condition. It does not meet the minimum requirements of the building code. No. 1036 houses two families, and No. 1038 1 family. Several sheds in the rear are past repair. All these structures should be wrecked and removed as they are dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner is Winifred Tracy, c/o James Tracy, Globe Building, St. Paul 1. Kindly set a hearing date to institute condemnation action in accordance with Section 107.2 of the building code. Yours truly, Alf, a H. Schroeder C 40' ARCHITECT FDW..A
