Dear Council Members:
Attention is called to the dwelling and sheds on the West
1/2 of Lot 17 and all of Lot 18, Block 2, Como Park Addi-
tion, known as 1024-6 Stinson Street.
This structure was originally built as a duplex but addi-
tional families have been housed there. The building is 60
by 34 by 24, in very poor general condition and does not
meet the minimum requirements for such a building. Very
few repairs have been made during the years and the struc-
tures are dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property.
Sheds in the rear are ready to collapse.
A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record
owner is Winifred Tracy, c/o James Tracy, Globe Building,
St. Paul 1.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing
in accordance with Section 10 7.2 of the building code.
Yours truly,
