HOLLAND, Commissioner ARTHUR F. COLEMAN. Deputy Commissioner August 3, 1956 Hon, Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: An inspection was made of the dwelling and several sheds at 1032-4 Stinson Street, described as the West 1/2 of Lot 20, All of Lot 21, Block 2, Como Park Addition. This building was originally built as a duplex, it is 60 by 34 x 24, in very poor structural condition. Very few repairs have been made during the years and the build- ing does not meet the minimum requirements of the building code. The sheds in the rear are ready to collapse. These structures should be wrecked and removed as they are dan- gerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. A Danger Notice has been posted. The record owner is Wini- fred Tracy, c/o James Tracy, Globe Building, St. Paul 1, Minnesota. Please set a hearing date in accordance with Section 107.2 of the Building Code, which outlines condemnation procedure. Yours truly, 0 Alfr—/H. Schroeder CIT-/ARCHITECT A / <J
