Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses forj

to the following widths:
Hinnehaha Avenue to Bast Seventh Street, 38 feet
Bast Seventh Street to Stillwater Avenue (no widening) 40 feet
Stillwater Avenue to Case Avenue, 40 feet
Case Avenue to Alley, Block 2, Hazel Park on vest side and Case Avenue to LaCrosse
Avenue on east side, 38 feet
Alley, Block 2, Basel Park, to As Avenue on west side and LaCrosse Avenue to Ames
Avenue on east side, 37 feet;
also, iwa o,Aprbing and paving the widened portions of the midway with one course
concrete paving and surfacing the present paved roadway with asphaltic concrete fray

driveways where necessary; also reconstructing the paving, curbing and silewalks and

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. !
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 5th
day of September , 19_56, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
