WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for the construction of a sewer in t e
east and west alley from 106 ft. east of the center line of the west north
and south alley to the center line of the west north and south alley, thencie
south in the west north and south alley to the existing sewer in Rose Avenue
were approved under Q. F• 175294 app ovedwOctober 6th 1955+.
