Dillon and Members of the Common Council of the City of Saint Paul This is to certify that this office is in doubt as to who is entitled to the award of damages, in the amount of $900.00, for the taking of property described as follows: That part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition lying northwesterly of the C. St. P. M. & 0. Ry. Company's right-of-way and east of Erie Street, bounded by the following described lines: Commencing for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning at the intersection of the west line of Duke Street and the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence north on the said west line of Duke Street a distance of 137.88 feet to a point; thence westerly along a straight line that is 137.88 ft. northerly of and parallel to the said north line of the present Randolph Avenue to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of- way line of the C. St. P. M. & 0. Ry. Company which point is the point of beginning; thence • westerly on the aforesaid straight line to a point that is 178.45 ft. westerly of the west line of Duke Street; thence on a curve to the left, the radius of which is 532 ft. and the central angle is 15°49' to its intersection with the east line of Erie Street; thence south on the east line of Erie Street to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of the C. M. St. P. M. & 0. Ry.
