therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Ramsey Playground
Development located at Smith Avenue and Thompson Street, St. Paul, h innesota,

to CARL BOLINDER & SONS COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5845 of said Carl Bolender & Sons
Company for the contract price of $11,300.00, such bid being the Duly bid and
said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporatio4 Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of St.Paul.
