I WHEREAS, on March 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File �10-288,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in November 2009 {File No. VB0909, Assessment No. 108786}; and
� WHEREAS, the properry at 716 Magnolia Avenue East, being described as:

7 Arlington Hills Add B4045 49 Lot 6 Blk 3
9 with the property identification number 29-29-22-14-0034 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
1Q collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error
13 by department staff.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
16 by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-288 is hereby amended to xeflect this change.
