10-342Council File # IU �p� Green 5heet # 3104736 RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA Presented by �� I WHEREAS, on March 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File �10-288, 2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building 3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in November 2009 {File No. VB0909, Assessment No. 108786}; and � WHEREAS, the properry at 716 Magnolia Avenue East, being described as: 6 7 Arlington Hills Add B4045 49 Lot 6 Blk 3 9 with the property identification number 29-29-22-14-0034 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for 1Q collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and 11 12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error 13 by department staff. 14 15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded 16 by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
