If this is done lets's will imnediately start to erect the building,
and the owners st the present ties are planning to erect the bed+
of a shopping center which would a*Ver considerably more thin 300000
square feet, but our problem is immedtato so we al the Council to
amend the ooadit on of 03o$000 eq. ft," to "20.000 eq. ft." so that
rein* can build the building with safety' and we can consummate the
transaction and go on with the balance of our shoppt Y center. There-
