No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehear- ing of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the proper- ty and wreck and remove the buildings thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
