Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
No. 2364 Benson Avenue, in Saint Paul, and wreck and remove
the frame dwelling, garage, shed and outhouse thereon, and
to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of July 11, 1956, a printed copy of Council
File No. 178591 was mailed to Alex Young, last known
address 2364 Benson Avenue, St. Paul 16, which resolu-
tion directed the wrecking and removal of the frame
dwelling, garage, shed and outhouse on Lot 12, Block 7,
Palisade Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 2364
Benson Avenue, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehear-
ing of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have
not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks,
Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the proper-
ty and wreck and remove the buildings thereon, and to do
any and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life, limb, and adjoining property.
