ABSOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and installing one Luxaire
Model Xi1S gas fired, propellent heater in Building Ho. 6 at the *inicipal
Asphalt Plant, 456 Burgess Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, to names GAS BEATING
COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attaahed and the
Formal Bid #5836 of said Dahi's Gas Heating Company for the ceatraet price of
$445.19, such bid being the lowest and said Bahl's Cu Heating Company being
the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation CeunsSl be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper fora of contract therefor,land the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of St.Paul.
