1 WHEREAS, on March 3, 2010, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File �10-237,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
3 October 22 to November 12, 2009. (File No. J0923A, Assessment No. 108789); and

� WHEREAS, the property at 915 Margaret Street, being described as:

Robert P Lewis Sub B106 Lyman E 13 1/2 Ft of Lot 24 and W 13 Ft of Lot 25;
9 with the property identification number 33-29-22-22-0046 was assessed an amount of $233.00 for property
10 clean up; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the Department of
13 Safety and Inspections indicates that the property owner did not receive proper legal notification.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued intexest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVBD, that the reduction of $233.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-237 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
