authorized, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, to enter into
a stipulation with Peter H. Wiehie and Bess E. Wiehle for the
purpose of settling their appeal from the award in the condem-
nation of their property as described in Council File No.175686.
Said award was in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
Said stipulation may increase said award to Three Hundred Eighty !Ind
no/100 Dollars ($380.00).
