178933 • 4 my • RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING CONDEMNATION AND AWARDS OF DAMAG ASSESSMENT THEREFOR wss*s _ - In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending Randolph Avenue from Shepard Road, as proposed to be opened, to the east line of Oneida Street by condemning and taking the following described tracts of land, all in the City of St. Paul: That part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition, adjacent to and north of the present Randolph Avenue between Erie Street and Oneida Street, bounded by the following described lines: Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Erie Street and the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence north on the said west line of Erie Street a distance of 122.18 ft. to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight line to a point on the east line of Oneida Street that is 51.25 ft. north of the intersection of the said east line and the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence south on the aforesaid east _line to its intersection with the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence east on the north line of the present Randolph Avenue to the point of beginning. Also, that part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition, lying northwesterly of the original C. St. P. M. & 0. Ry. Company's right-of-way and east of Erie Street, bounded by the following described lines: Commencing for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning at the intersection of the west line of Duke Street and the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence north on the said west line of Duke Street a distance of 137.88 ft. to a point; thence westerly along a straight line that is 137.88 ft. northerly of and parallel to the said north line of the present Randolph Avenue to its intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of the C. St. P. M. & 0. Ry. Company which point is the point of beginning; thence westerly on the afore- said straight line to a point that is 178.45 ft. westerly of the west line of Duke Street; thence on a curve to the left, the radius of which is 532 ft. and the central angle is 15°49' to its intersection with the east line of Erie Street; thence south on the east line of Erie Street to its intersection with the original northwesterly right-of-way line of the C. M. St. P. M. & 0. Ry. Company; thence in a northeasterly direction on said right-of-way line to the point of beginning, except that portion thereof described as follows; beginning at the intersection of the original northwesterly right-of-way line of the C.
