• Resolution Ratifying Assessment •
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs d expenses for
changing the grade of Oxford St. from Seminary Ave. to Hubbard Ave. to conform to the
grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading
and surfacing with bituminous material the alleys in Block 20, Winter's Addition, and
Lots 2, 11 to 17 inclusive, Rose Walsh Addition, from Seminary Ave. to Hubbard Ave.,. and
from Oxford St. to the north and south alley. Also constructing a sever from the alley
to the sewer in Seminary Ave. in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the
easterly l+ ft. of the westerly 13 ft. of Lot 8, Block 20, Winter's Addition, from the
alley in the rear of said Lot 8 to Seminary Avenue,
under Preliminary Order 1 277 , Intermediary Order 169152_._., Final Order 109.51.

A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment
having been further considered by the(;ouncil, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same
• is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable

In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and. expenses for
changing the grade of Oxford St. from Seminary Ave. to Hubbard Ave. to conform to the
grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading
and surfacing with bituminous material the alleys in Block 20, Winter's Addition, and
Lots 2, 11 to 17 inclusive, Rose Walsh Addition, from Seminary Ave. to Hubbard Ave., and
from Oxford St. to the north and south alley. Also constructing a sewer from the alley

To the Council of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex-
penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz:

Publications $ 10.80
Court costs for confirmation $ 3.60
Total expenditures $ 1+,086.84
Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer-
tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 1+,086.81+ upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
