CON IL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONS DAT=
RESOLVED, That First National Bank of St. Paul be permitted to install
and operate a drive-in Motor Bank for customers on the northerly one-third
of Lot 4 and the northerly 50 feet of the westerly one-half of Lot 3,

all in Block 25, St. Paul Proper, on the south side of East Fourth Street
between Robert and Minnesota Streets, in accordance with applicantts
plans reviewed and approved by the City Traffic Engineer and the City
Planning Director, subject to compliance with the applicable provisions
of all ordinances governing the operation of parking lots, and subject
further to the condition that the public areaways abutting said
premises be properly maintained for the benefit of the public at all
times; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Council File No. 180696, adopted December 11,
1956, be and the same is hereby repealed.
