An ordinance amending Ordinance Bo. 7881, entitled: 1 By ' a.Pi
"An ordinance regulating and a ntrolling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), thereof, the following:
"West side of Kenneth Street from Ford Parkway to Hillcrest
Avenue".
"North side of Hillcrest Avenue from Kenneth Street to Clew..
land Avenue°.
"East side of Cleveland Avenue from Hillcrest Avenue to Ford
Parkway".
"Both sides of Ford Parkway from Cleveland Avenue to Kenneth
E\ , Street".
and by adding to Section 68, thereof, the following:
"No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on 40 east r-.
side of Kenneth Street from Hillcrest Avenue to Ford Parkway".
Section Z.
